What is Touch-A-Truck?
Name a child who wouldn’t love to climb aboard a fire truck, big rig, or bulldozer! Touch A Truck makes their dreams come true! This family friendly event provides a unique opportunity for kids to explore and learn about all types of vehicles—emergency, construction, transportation, utility, delivery, and many more all in one area. Children will be allowed to touch, climb, sit in the driver’s seat, pose for photos, and ask questions about their favorite trucks in a safe, supervised environment. Accompanying personnel will teach the children about the equipment and vehicles displayed and how these machines help us and our local community. Along with all the fun vehicles, food will be available and children will be able to visit the KIDS ZONE for face painting, a fun obstacle course, and more!
Why Touch-A-Truck?
The “MOMS” in MOMS Club of Midland stands for “Moms Offering Moms Support.” Every year, the proceeds from our TAT Event are donated to a local charity to support mothers in our community. For our 4th Annual TAT Event, proceeds will go to Fair Havens, an organization in Midland offering housing and restoration for single-mothers to succeed. More information is available at www.mfh.org. Help us reach our goal to raise $20,000 for this amazing organization.
